Custom Made NBR Rubber Cable Shrouds / Rubber Wire Sleeve Black Color
Custom NBR Rubber Wire Sleeves for Cable and Gland Fit
Product Description
Custom wire sleeve and gland shroud selection:
1) A push-on rubber sleeve covers the matching cable or gland feature. Define the fitted opening, coverage length and installation clearance on the drawing.
2) This item specifies NBR rubber. HNBR or PVC alternatives require separate compound and geometry approval; a material substitution can change fit and installation behavior.

Custom service |
Custom sleeve dimensions, compound and sample fit by approved order. |
Application: external cable or gland coverage. Specify oil or condensate contact, cleaning fluids, temperature and exposure duration for compound review. A protective sleeve alone does not establish electrical insulation, strain relief or gland assembly ratings.

Our company
Shanghai Qinuo Industry Co. Ltd
supplies molded rubber sleeves and protective components. Custom NBR wire sleeves are reviewed against the cable and gland dimensions.
Provide cable outer diameter, sleeve opening, wall thickness, length and any stepped or tapered features. Identify tolerances and the surfaces requiring coverage.
Agree NBR compound and hardness with installation flexibility and exposure conditions. Check a sample on the intended cable or gland before approving repeat quantities.
ISO 9001 applies to quality management. Electrical, ingress or hazardous-area requirements need appropriate assembly-specific documentation and testing where applicable.

FAQ
1. What dimensions define a custom wire sleeve?
Specify fitted inner dimensions, wall thickness, length and the cable or gland profile. Include steps, tapers and openings shown on the drawing.
Clarify the meaning of the 1 to 30 mm reference and the required dimensional tolerances.
2. What should installation review cover?
a. Cable and gland outer dimensions.
b. Sleeve opening and fitted body profile.
c. Available clearance for push-on installation.
d. Required seating position and coverage length.
e. NBR hardness and installation flexibility.
f. Avoidance of tears or interference during fitting.
g. Agreed sample fit and removal checks.
3. Can NBR be replaced with another material?
1. Identify the proposed HNBR, PVC or other material grade.
2. Review the actual fluid and temperature exposure.
3. Check dimensions and installation behavior.
4. Repeat relevant sample and material tests.
5. Record a revised approval before production.
4. What is needed for repeat sleeve orders?
1. Approved drawing number and revision.
2. Compound, hardness and color specification.
3. Identifiable sample and fit criteria.
4. Agreed dimensional inspection points.
5. Quantity, packing and any required documentation.
Other molded rubber products require separate fit and material specifications.
