Application:

Compression Molding:
Compression molding cures rubber under heat and pressure in a mold cavity. Process selection depends on the compound, geometry, required tolerances and production quantity; tooling and sample requirements are reviewed for the part.

1: Express: S.F. ,DHL,UPS, TNT, FedEx ect, for urgent and small order.
2: Air shipment: air port to air port , or air port to door.
3: Sea shipment: suitable for bulk goods. it will takes more longer time than air shipment.

Provide the exact oil, fuel or process-fluid formulation, additives and cleaning chemicals, with normal and peak temperature and exposure duration. Review compound data against these conditions before selecting the polymer and hardness.
Include cold-start conditions, movement, pressure cycling and gas exposure where applicable. Polymer family alone does not establish sour-service or decompression qualification; specify required testing for the actual compound.
