Custom Colored Silicone Sealing Rings with Specified Cross-Sections
Product Description
Round O-rings require inside diameter and cross-section. Square or rectangular sections require section width and height; flat annular gaskets require inside diameter, outside diameter and thickness. Include tolerances and the mating drawing.
Silicone is the material focus of this listing. NBR, FKM and EPDM alternatives require separate compound review for the actual service.

Application of the rubber o ring:
A: Silicone rings for specified housings, grooves or mating faces; provide the sealing interface and installation details.
B: Square or rectangular cross-sections describe the section geometry, not necessarily the ring outline. Define both the outline and cross-section on the drawing before tooling review.
C: Confirm fluid formulation, temperature, pressure and motion for the selected silicone compound. Color and profile shape alone do not establish service suitability.
