Product Description
Confirm nominal inside diameter, cross-section and dimensional tolerances for the specified standard size. Custom dimensions require a separate drawing and production review.
NBR, FKM, EPDM and silicone are separate material options. Select the exact compound for the fluid and temperature; ring color alone does not identify the compound.

Application
Application of the rubber o ring:
A: Standard-size O-rings for specified housings and connections; match the ring dimensions to the gland geometry and installation clearance.
B: Replacement orders should state the original size designation and compound specification. Matching color or approximate outside diameter alone is insufficient for selecting a replacement.
C: For elevated-temperature sealing, provide continuous and peak temperatures, exposure duration, fluid formulation, pressure and motion. Confirm the selected compound rating for these conditions.
