Plastic Drill Pipe Thread Protectors for Specified Handling Duty
Plastic drill pipe thread protectors cover matching tool-joint threads during transport and storage. Select the protector by the full connection designation, pin or box end and approved geometry. HDPE and ABS are alternative material references; specify the required grade for the ordered item.
For repeated loading, transport or yard handling, define the expected conditions and acceptance checks before selecting a protector. Inspect engagement surfaces, seating and coverage on the intended pipe end. A shared nominal size does not establish connection interchangeability.
