Polypropylene (PP) pin and box thread protectors help protect pipe connection threads during handling, transportation and storage. Select the protector for the exact connection designation and size, including the thread and seal-area drawing. Specify pin or box end separately; a protector is not a pressure cap or a lifting device.
Connection enquiries: REG, IF, HT or FH with exact size and drawing reference. NC26, NC38 and NC50 references require their matching profile. Casing and tubing references such as BTC, STC and LTC are separate connection families; do not select by nominal pipe diameter alone.
