300℃ High Temperature Resistant Custom Plastic Products Peek Injection Moulding
Custom injection-moulded PEEK parts are reviewed against the actual thermal duty. A requirement at 300 degrees C needs the exact resin grade, exposure duration, atmosphere, mechanical load and acceptable dimensional change, together with applicable material data and finished-part validation. Do not assume a continuous 300 degrees C service rating from the PEEK material name. Provide the drawing and distinguish continuous operation from brief temperature peaks.

PEEK grade options for specified temperature exposure:
1) Unfilled PEEK: specify the resin grade and required mechanical and dimensional checks.
2) Glass-filled PEEK: specify filler content and grade; review fibre orientation, tolerances and the required electrical properties.
3) Bearing-grade PEEK: identify the exact compound and required sliding conditions.Review counterface, load, speed, lubrication and wear acceptance criteria for the bearing design.
4) Food-contact requirements: identify the applicable regulation and obtain documents for the exact material grade and use conditions.
