Swab cups:
All Available types of Swab cups:
TA style: A medium-load swab cup with a steel or aluminum bushing. Select the cup diameter and rubber compound for the tubing, fluid and lifting duty.
MV style: A multiple-lip swab cup available with steel or aluminum bushings. Confirm the tubing clearance and fluid conditions, including suspended sand, before selection.
V style: An all-rubber swab cup with upturned lips. Cup size, load class and the number of cups depend on the swabbing conditions.
Swab cup compounds should be selected for the actual fluid, temperature and abrasion conditions; compatibility varies by formulation.
TUF style: A swab cup with internal metal reinforcement. Confirm the reinforcement design, tubing condition and intended lifting load for the selected version.
NUF style: A heavy-load swab cup bonded to a steel or aluminum bushing. Match its size and compound to the well and tubing conditions.
Rubber o rings or kits
AS568-size rubber O-rings and kits are available by size and compound. Confirm the required sizes and kit contents with the quotation.
Custom color, hardness and packing can be discussed for the selected compound and order.
