Product description

Hammer union seals are used in the connections between flexible hoses or pipes used in the oil drilling industry. The seal provides a critical fluid tight connection within the union hardware.

Hammer unions consist of a thread end, a nut end, and a hammer nut that when tightened seal the assembly with the assistance of an elastomer seal. The seal is lipped to prevent it from falling out when inverted.

With brass ring:The use of brass rings can increase the tightness of the seal, prevent leakage, and maintain stable performance in long-term use, extending the service life. In addition, the corrosion resistance of brass can also ensure that the sealing effect is maintained in various environments, especially in weak acids, weak alkalis and salt water.

With stainless ring: It has high corrosion resistance and can resist corrosion from weak corrosive media such as air, steam, water, and chemical substances such as acid, alkali, and salt. The strength and corrosion resistance of stainless steel vary with the alloy elements, and it has high heat resistance and wear resistance.
