Product Application

Slitting line is used for steel plate coil to uncoiling, slitting, recoiling to required steel strips. This line apply to hot rolled carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and other different kinds of surface plated metal. For the user with a higher requirement, uncoiling with automatic edge aligning or centering is preferable, which has the advantage of easy entering coil, high working efficiency, improving cutting precision and protecting plate as well. EPC automatic edge control can be adopted as well, which can guarantee to recoil in tidiness, especially for the wider recoiling. This line is composed of an entry coil car, uncoiler, feeding in device, leveler, head shearing device, loop pit, side guide, slitting device, scrap winder, tension unit, recoiling machine, unloading device.etc.

Working process:

Hydraulic decoiling → material storing → vertical guiding → shearing → correction → material storing → tensioning → rewinding

Our product could cut metal coils longitudinally, and then rewind the slit pieces into coils.

After-Sale Service

1. Equipment during the guarantee period, we will provide the parts free of charges, which is in the conditions of correct operation. (Natural disasters or factors which can’t be forced by human are excluded).

2. If the equipment is out of work in the guarantee period, the buyer needs our repairman to come to the buyer’s factory, the buyer should be responsible for the tickets(including round-trip ticket), the fee of transportation to the buyer’s factory and accommodation. Required to change spare parts, the buyer should afford the freight fee and we don’t ask an extra fee.

3. Training

During installation and adjustment of the equipment, our engineers shall provide the training to

the buyer’s personnel request to operate and maintain the equipment.
