Fully Automatic 3 Ply Ear-loop Kids Disposable Protective Face Mask Making Machine

This machine is mainly used for automatic forming of N95 cup face masks. After the entire roll of fabric is unrolled, it is driven by rollers,and the fabric is automatically folded and wrapped. Nose bridge rolls unrolled by traction. Cut and import into the hemmed fabric,both sides are welded to seal by ultrasonic welding, and then through the ultrasonic side seal. It is cut and shaped by a cutter;transported to the two mask ear band welding stations through an assembly line. The final mask is formed by ultrasonic welding.After the mask is made, it is transported to flat belt line and collected.

Application

The machine is suitable for automatic production of multilayer planar masks finished product material, can use 1 ~ 4 layer PP
spun-bonded non-woven, activated carbon and filtration material, the machine from raw materials into the expected nose line
insert, sealing side, and the cutting finished product are a line automation work, according to the use of different raw
materials, can be reached the standard of one-time flat mask etc.
The equipment has stable performance, high yield, low defect rate and easy operation.
