This CZ purlin production line can produce c purlins and z purlins with web widths from 80mm to 300mm, flange sizes from 35-80mm and lip sizes from 15-20mm. Whole line is mainly composed of 3ton or 5ton decoiler, levelling unit, feeding guide, roll forming unit, post-punching unit(punching holes after roll forming, more precisely), infinitely adjustable cutting device, electric control system and hydraulic system, etc.
