Our high speed high frequency pipe welding production line is specialized equipment to produce high frequency straight seam welded pipe for structural pipe and industrial pipe with 16-50.8mm and wall thickness of 0.6-2.0mm. Through optimization design, best materials choice, and accurately fabrication and rolls, the whole line can be reached high precision and high speed. Within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness, pipe production speed can be adjusted.

Processing flow of the octagon tube forming machine:
Uncoiling→ shearing →Accumulating→ Leveling→ Forming→ HF welding→ Deburring→ Cooling→ Sizing→ Straightening→ Cutting→ Discharging
It can produce welded pipes of different specifications (pipe diameter, thickness, and length) according to the adjustment and configuration of the machine. These models can be modified according to the needs of customers to meet customers 'needs for machine production.
Service Commitment & Quality Assurance:
Installation: If necessary, engineer is available to service machinery overseas; but all the relevant cost and extra 100USD/day for our engineer will be paid by the buyer.
Warranty: 1 year since the machine leave seller's factory.
During the warranty period, it covers all spare parts of machines, if you find some spare parts were damaged, those new spare parts will be supplied free by us, but normal wear and tear excepted. And the freight should be bore equally by both parties.
