Equipment Process and Flowchar:
1. The disposable face mask mainly consists of 2 layers of non-woven cloth, 1 layer of velvet spray cloth, 2 straps and 1 nose bridge component. 2. All raw materials are provided by coil feeding, and then automatic feeding and combination are realized through multiple automatic mechatronics units, and then ultrasonic welding technology is used to weld three layers of cloth and two straps together to form a complete product. 3. The material used for the mechanical device conforms to the production process requirements of the mask product, so that dust, oil and other pollution objects will not be produced in the production process, so as to ensure that the products produced meet the relevant hygiene requirements.
