EDVC automatic recirculation valve (ARC valve) is a multi-functional valve whose primary purpose is to ensure that a pre-determined minimum flow is assured through a centrifugal pump any times.This is very important could pretect thecentrifugal pumps from permanently damaged if run dry when suffer from over heating and cavitation condition.

ARC Valve Principles   

There are main line and bypass line outlet working principles. When there are sufficient flow through the valve, internal valve disc in the main line stay on an open mode. Dereasing flow through the valve caused the spring loaded disc to its seat closing the process outlet. Simultaneously, a bypass outlet is uncovered allowing a minimum flow of liquid back to teh pump.

Pressure reducing valve 

EDVC is suitable for bypass with medium or low pressure, maximum pressure differential is 6MPa, and specific choice is determined by factory. Unique L bypass can eliminated noise by made high-speed flow medium, and prevent cavitation.
