3-Way Tapered Plug Valves are designed for throttling and diverting applications. Single- and double-tapered plug styles can be arranged into a variety of flow combinations. Heavy duty stainless steel bearings, long-life stem seal, resilient plug facings for dead-tight shutoff, and metal plugs for high temperature applications.
3-Way Tapered Plug Valves are designed to handle clean and dirty, viscous and corrosive liquids, sludge, abrasive and fibrous slurries, and clean and dirty corrosive gases. They are used a variety of applications in Sewage Treatment, Water Treatment & Distribution, Chemical & Petrochemical, Pulp & Paper, Mining, Power and other process industries.
3 way, 4 way plug valve is applicable to change the media flowing direction or to distribute the media, that are used in various industries such as, petroleum, chemical industry, pharmacy, chemical fertilizer, power. Industry etc. under nominal pressure class 150-900LBS, PN1.0-16.0, Working temperature- 29°C~550°C.

3-WAY ARRANGEMENTS
Only the Type A plug will shut off the flow. With the Type AX, C, and 0 plugs, there is always flow between the bottom port and one of the side ports.
