EDVC swing check valve is suitable for various operating conditions of pipeline for petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, chemical fertilizer and electric power industry.

Swing check valve is suitable for clean medium like water, oil, steam, acid medium, and not suitable for medium with solid particles and great viscosity.

EDVC Swing Check/Non-Return Valves are designed and manufactured as per BS1868. Check Valves are widely essential in the Piping System of every field. Check Valves prevent reverse flow of fluid during the failure or abrupt shut-down of Piping System. Hence Check Valves should have very good Sealing efficiency.

EDVC Swing Check Valves have a precisely guided Swinging Disc through a Hinge. The Hinge and swivel Disc are linked to maintain adequate flexibility so that the sealing is smooth and efficient. EDVC Swing Check Valves are available with Metal-to-Metal sealing to handle High Temperature and Pressure and Soft Sealing to take care of Pneumatic and Vacuum applications. The design guarantees that the Valve functions smoothly with a very nominal differential pressure from either side. The disc is designed to make it compact and light weight to make sure that there is least pressure drop across the Valve.

EDVC Swing Check Valves are available in a diverse range of materials like Cast Iron, Cast Carbon Steel, and Cast Stainless Steel of all Grades, High Alloy Steels like Alloy-20, CD4MCu, Duplex and Super Duplex and Hastelloy etc. The size ranges from 50NB to 900NB and Pressure Ratings range from ASME 125# through 2500#.
