What is Erythritol powder

Erythritol, a filler sweetener, is a four-carbon sugar alcohol with the molecular formula C4H10O4. Erythritol is widely found in nature, such as fungal mushrooms, lichens, melons, grapes and pears. It can also be detected in animal eyeball crystals, plasma, fetal fluid, semen and urine.
