The function of Stainless Steel Filter Cage:
The surface of the stainless steel filter cage in contact with the dust filter bag is smooth and bright, without welding marks and burrs. The tension spring frame has the required number of turns and elasticity, and the spacing is even after being laid out. The surface of the filter bag frame is etched and electroplated according to different needs. Sprayed or painted, if used at high temperatures, its corrosion resistance is adequate for the application temperature.
The round stainless steel filter cage is generally formed at one time by the production equipment. The dust removal skeleton made in this way is welded, and the surface is smooth and straight. The transportation and production of the dust removal skeleton should meet the production standards required by the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The main production requirements for the dust collector frame are that it should have sufficient strength, rigidity, verticality and dimensional accuracy, which can prevent the dust removal accessories from being deformed and damaged. It is required that all solder joints of the dust removal skeleton should not have desoldering, missing soldering, or virtual welding. The surface of the skeleton in contact with the dust removal bag should be smooth, and there should be no welding scars and burrs.
