Nomex Filter Bag Introduction:

Nomex fiber is a product of choice in a wide range of high-temperature filtration applications. Filter bags of Nomex® are an industry leader in asphalt manufacturing facilities, as well as a variety of other applications. These filter bags help permit facilities to operate at higher temperatures, significantly improving capacity, and help to lower power costs and eliminate condensation.
Nomex Filter Bag Advantage:
strong points of high-temperature resistance, can be up to 220 degrees, good abrasion resistance, anti-adhesion.
Nomex Filter Bag Disdvantage:
easily hydrolyzed, easily rotted by acid vapors. It is therefore only suitable for certain applications.

Production Process:
There are 19 working produres. Every product from Sinft had undergone detailed perfection.
Scientific surface treatment like heat setting, dipping, singeing, calendering and coating can signigicantly prevent the
fabric from shrinking,remove surface batting, imrove filtration effectiveness and increase heat resistant.
Package:
The dust filter bags are packed in PP woven bags or according to your requirements.
