Cement Plant Filter Bag Introduction:
There are a lot of dust sources in the process of cement production, such as crusher, mill, conveyor, silo, top, bottom and packaging system, which will produce a lot of dust and soot, and the pollution to the environment is also very serious.
In cement industry, a large number of bag filters are used. According to the characteristics of dust conditions, it is very important to choose and use filter material correctly. It is generally divided into the following three types of filter media:
High temperature filter material: kiln head, kiln end, dryer
Anti-static filter material: coal mill
Normal temperature filter material: bin, packing station, cement mill and other environmental dust removal

Production Process:
There are 19 working produres. Every product from Sinft had undergone detailed perfection.
Scientific surface treatment like heat setting, dipping, singeing, calendering and coating can signigicantly prevent the fabric from
shrinking,remove surface batting, imrove filtration effectiveness and increase heat resistant.
Package:
The dust filter bags are packed in PP woven bags or according to your requirements.
