The function of Industrial Filter Cage:
Industrial Filter Cage can be divided into round frame, flat frame, segmented frame and so on according to the shape. The flat bag skeleton is also called a trapezoidal skeleton. It adopts a flat structure. The longitudinal bars and anti-support rings of the cage are evenly distributed and have sufficient strength to prevent damage and deformation. In order to strengthen the strength of the steel wire and improve the appearance quality, we use φ6.5 yuan. The steel is drawn (drawn to φ3mm), and then when it is assembled on the butt welded tire, the grinding meets the technical requirements. Methods to avoid distortion of Industrial Filter Cage:
1. When purchasing the bag filter equipment, the key point to pay attention to is to make the cooperation between the filter frame and the bag as appropriate as possible, neither too loose nor too tight.
2. The distance between the spray pipe and the flower plate is calculated accurately: the distance between the spray pipe and the flower plate is accurately calculated according to the nozzle form and diameter, and the deviation of the axis between the nozzle and the dust removal skeleton should be controlled within ±1mm. Otherwise, it is easy to cause eccentricity when blowing, which will directly cause local wear of the dust removal skeleton, and affect the life of the dust removal skeleton.
3. Anti-corrosion treatment can be done on the surface of the skeleton of the filter bag dust collector, which can be sprayed, painted or electroplated. The anti-corrosion treatment agent used for high temperature should meet the high temperature. The diameter of the dust bag cage should be selected as small as possible. If the required air volume is large, several small-diameter cyclone dust collectors can be used in parallel; if the air volume is consistent with the dust removal framework, it is appropriate to choose a multi-tube dust collector.
