The function of Industrial Filter Cage:
Multi-section Industrial Filter Cage is mainly composed of venturi, flange, chassis, joint, support ring, low carbon steel wire or stainless steel wire, etc. It is formed by one-time welding using high-frequency welding equipment according to the installation environment and customer requirements. After pickling and phosphating, the surface of the dust removal framework is treated with galvanizing, plastic spraying, silicon, etc. to meet different working conditions. The multi-section Industrial Filter Cage is installed on the pattern hole in the pulse type and air box type pulse dust collector. When the dust-laden gas passes through the dust collector, the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the dust filter bag, and the clean gas enters through the filter material. Inside the filter bag, the dust removal skeleton inside the filter bag is used to support the dust removal filter bag to prevent the filter bag from collapsing, and at the same time it helps the dust cake and redistribution.
