Polyester Filter Bag Introduction:
We use high quality Non-woven needle felt polyester and polypropylene fabrics with antistatic , anti adhesive and water repellant treatment and PTFE coated. We also provide Nomex fabric for higher temperature and Ryton fabrics for fire resistance. Also, the manufacturing process and testing process of this Dust Collector Filter Bag is done under the supervision of our experienced professionals. We provide bags with normal snap ring and also with Epoxy coated snap ring which is anti corrosive. We also provide top of the line pleated cartridge filter bag.
Polyester filter bags are constructed using 100% synthetic fibers. The proper combination of fiber diameters, weights and thicknesses result in an economical depth filter media. To reduce fiber migration, Polypropylene bags are treated with a glazed finish, while Polyeste.

Production Process:
There are 19 working produres. Every product from Sinft had undergone detailed perfection.
Scientific surface treatment like heat setting, dipping, singeing, calendering and coating can signigicantly prevent the
fabric from shrinking,remove surface batting, imrove filtration effectiveness and increase heat resistant.
Package:
The dust filter bags are packed in PP woven bags or according to your requirements.
