PPS needled felt heat resistant temperature between 170℃-210℃, long-term operating temperature below 160℃, instantaneous heat resistant 210℃, melting point 230℃. It has good flame retardancy, high wear resistance, high heat resistance, resistance to acid, alkali and oxidized alkali properties second only to PTFE needled felt. PPS film-covered needled felt filter material/filter bag, the product has high porosity, small void, high filtration accuracy, heating at 190 degrees for 30 minutes, the shrinkage rate is less than 0.7%, no shrinkage below 20 minutes! The instantaneous temperature of 190-200 degrees shall not exceed 5 minutes each time, and the cumulative temperature of a year shall not exceed 30 minutes; No more than 10 minutes at 180 to 190 degrees, and no more than 100 hours a year.
