PTFE Filter Bag Introduction:
PTFE otherwise known as Teflon, is one of the most expensive dust collector filter medias used in pulse jet baghouse dust collector.
PTFE is considered a premium filter media because it can deliver superior dust cake release, withstand high heat temperatures of up to
500 degrees Fahrenheit, resist acids and moist heat. Cement, steel foundries, coal fired power plants, carbon black, steel and energy
applications are just a few example of industries that use PTFE.
The PTFE heat-resistant dust filter bag is the most resistant to heat and chemicals in the product line.
It is considered the most advanced material in filter media. PTFE yarn comes in two forms: The brown color of the material
due to heat treatment gives it a better, more uniform yarn quality.
PTFE Filter Bag Advantage:

2. Extremely long working life. Service life can reach 6 years at the temperature 66℃～240℃ and normal working conditions.
