The world's population produces some 3.5 million metric tons of waste every day. In addition to recycling, waste incineration is an important element of modern waste disposal. Highly effective filter media made of P84 polyimide fibers from Evonik ensures greater efficiency and lower emissions in the incineration process.
Increased dust emissions are an absolute disaster for a WTE plant. Inhomogeneous fuel quality requires a highly flexible flue gas treatment system, including the bag filter unit being the barrier for all solid substances. Due to its filtration performance, P84 based filter bags are used in all common process variations of flue gas treatment systems of WTE plants. The main benefits are a low and stable residual pressure drop and long filtration cycles
To ensure the efficient and clean operation of waste incineration plants, filter bags are used for flue gas cleaning – for example made from the high-temperature-resistant polymer by Evonik. P84 polyimide fibers stand for their high filtration efficiency thanks to their multi-lobe design. They retain a much higher permeability throughout their lifecycle. This results in significant reductions in the energy consumption of the fan that keeps the gas flow at a constant level.

Production Process:
There are 19 working produres. Every product from Sinft had undergone detailed perfection.
Scientific surface treatment like heat setting, dipping, singeing, calendering and coating can signigicantly prevent the
fabric from shrinking,remove surface batting, imrove filtration effectiveness and increase heat resistant.
Package:
The dust filter bags are packed in PP woven bags or according to your requirements.
