Organic Solvent Resistant 100% Needle Felt PTFE Filter Bag For Cement Factory
PTFE Filter Bag Introduction:
PTFE filter bag made of glass fabric with PTFE membrane are used in filtration processes where the working temperature can reach 260-280°C.
Glass fabric with PTFE membrane is generally used for dedusting of fumes filtration (boilers in power plants). This material has properties similar to those of needle felts made of 100% PTFE, but it is much more cost-effective. Note, however, that this fabric requires special components, as well as compliance with strict standards of usage
PTFE Filter Bag Advantage:
1. Excellent temperature resistance: up to 260℃ (572℉)
2. Extremely long working life. Service life can reach 6 years at the temperature 66℃～240℃ and normal working conditions.
3. Excellent performance of anti-acid and anti-alkali resistance

5. Good performances of hydrolysis stability and flame retardant
6. Suitable using on various power plant boiler and waste incineration boiler. The weakness is poor folding property and higher price.

There are 19 working produres. Every product from Sinft had undergone detailed perfection.

fabric from shrinking,remove surface batting, imrove filtration effectiveness and increase heat resistant.
Package:
The dust filter bags are packed in PP woven bags or according to your requirements.
