High Temperature Waterproof Dust Filter Bag For Asphalt Mixing Plant

Dust Filter Bag :

Dust filter bag of asphalt mixing station should have the following characteristics:

(1) Good temperature resistance: continuous operation at the temperature of 204℃ (instantaneous temperature of 240℃), and can withstand repeated temperature fluctuations of 240℃.

(2) Good dimensional stability: at 204℃ temperature, only less than 1% thermal shrinkage rate, with good high temperature stability.

(3) Good fire resistance: decomposition and carbonization began at 400℃, the limit oxygen index (LOI) is 30, no spontaneous combustion and no combustion support.

(4) Good chemical resistance: low concentration of acid and base and most hydrocarbons will not affect it, even a small amount of fluoride will not significantly corrosion;

According to the working conditions of concrete mixing floor dust collector, the commonly used filter materials are summarized: arylon, Nomex, composite filter materials, etc.

from shrinking,remove surface batting, imrove filtration effectiveness and increase heat resistant.
