PPS Filter Bag Description:

PPS fiber has the properties that other needling felt do not have:

1, good hydrolysis resistance, even at 160℃, 79% relative humidity for 500h continuous use.

2. The effect of easy ash removal can be achieved after firing and rolling.

3, heat resistance: with a high melting point of 285℃, so it has a long-term heat resistance, can be used continuously at 190℃ temperature, and has a strong resistance to steam heat; It retains 90% of its strength even in high pressure steam at 160 degrees Celsius.

4, chemical resistance: outstanding chemical resistance and fluorine fiber chemical resistance comparable, at 200℃ or less than 200℃ temperature, it can for most of the acid (in addition to some concentrated nitric acid such as several oxidants) alkali and organic solvents to maintain stable chemical resistance.

5, mechanical characteristics: it is basically the same as polyester in strength, elongation and elasticity.

6, flammability: it shows high flammability and spontaneous combustion (LOI limit oxygen index 34-35).

7, radiation resistance: radiation tolerance of λ rays, neutral lines and other radiation, compared with the traditional nylon, polyester has been greatly improved.
