PPS Filter Bag Description:

PPS + PTFE dust bag is a new type of high quality varieties of high temperature resistant filter bag, is to adopt PPS and PTFE both chemical stability strong functional fiber is made according to the pilot process, give full play to their excellent performance, combined with high performance in line with the filter material, made of excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance is big improvement. PPS fiber filter material has acid and alkali resistance and hydrolysis resistance, which is an ideal filter material for flue gas treatment of coal-fired boiler. The disadvantage is that the oxidation resistance is poor. When the oxygen (O2) content in the flue gas is more than 8%, and the long-term operating temperature is more than 160℃, the PPS material will also oxidize and fail. PTFE fiber has noncombustible, strong acid and alkali resistance, strong corrosion resistance reagent or solvent, no aging, no oxidation, high resistance, low temperature and other superior performance, can well make up for the shortcomings of PPS fiber.
