High Temperature Anti-acid Fabric P84 Filter Bag For Carbon Black Industry
P84 Filter Bag Introduction:
P84 filter bag is a kind of flame retardant, temperature stable fiber filter material, at 240℃ temperature condition, the mechanical P84 polyimide fiber filter material will not change, the highest temperature up to 260℃. P84 fiber filter material without melting temperature, a natural golden yellow. P84 polyimide fiber filter material is not hygroscopic fiber filter material (at 65% relative humidity conditions, about 3% water absorption).
Because P84 filter material itself has high temperature resistance, hydrolysis resistance, generally recommended the filter material used in the dust concentration is larger, the high temperature, low moisture rate of flue gas condition, such as asphalt, cement kiln, drying and burning, smelting, all kinds of industrial kiln, coal-fired boiler and waste incineration flue gas purification process, and is widely used in emission concentration process of high demand.
P84 Filter Bag Advantage:
Excellent stability in applications with high dry heat temperatures, mineral acids and alkaline.
P84 Filter Bag Disdvantage:
Must oversize bag for shrinkage that can occur in temperatures above 450 Degrees F.
