The function of filter bag cage:Bag cage structure and composition Introduction: Pulse jet baghouses use fabric filter bags with an internal support structure, commonly referred to as cages or baskets. The basket keeps the filter bag open during collection, providing the necessary support for the filter bag. Our baskets are manufactured with high craftsmanship to ensure durability and high performance.
Product requirements: The surface of galvanized dust removal skeleton and filter bag should be smooth and clean, and no welding marks, bumps and burrs are allowed. When the bag filter repeatedly blows soot, the friction with the dust removal skeleton will not cause damage to the filter bag.
Technical requirements:
1. There should be sufficient strength, rigidity, verticality and dimensional accuracy to prevent deformation under compression and damage during transportation.
2. The surface of the filter bag dust removal skeleton must be treated with anti-corrosion, which can be sprayed or galvanized. The anti-corrosion treatment agent used for high temperature should meet the needs of high temperature;
3. All solder joints must be firm, and no desoldering, virtual soldering and missing soldering are allowed;
