8030 mm PTFE Filter Bags For Waste Incinerator Gas Filtration
PTFE Filter Bag Introduction:
PTFE filter bag is made of PTFE film split filament as the base cloth and PTFE short fiber as the surface layer. It can be processed into PTFE film needle felt and PTFE emulsion impregnated needle felt by different post-treatment processes. It is mainly used to manufacture 100% PTFE filter bags suitable for different working conditions and filtration accuracy requirements.
100% PTFE needle felt dust removal filter bag is used for corrosive, high temperature, high moisture content working environment, currently mainly used in waste incineration, medical waste incineration and chemical industry.
PTFE Filter Bag Advantage:
1. Excellent temperature resistance: up to 260℃ (572℉)
2. Extremely long working life. Service life can reach 6 years at the temperature 66℃～240℃ and normal working conditions.
