Nomex Filter Bag Introduction:
NOMEX high temperature filter bag has excellent temperature resistance. Continuous service temperature 204°C, short service temperature 240°C.
A. Limiting oxygen index (LOI) 29%.
B. Decomposition and carbonization only begin at 400°C, not natural and not melting.
C. Excellent dimensional stability, thermal shrinkage & LT at operating temperatures; 1%.
D has good chemical corrosion resistance, low concentration of acid and base and most hydrocarbons will not affect it.
E. Excellent wear resistance: at room temperature, NOMEX filter bag and polyester and nylon have the same abrasion resistance and fatigue resistance properties.

Nomex Filter Bag Advantage:
strong points of high-temperature resistance, can be up to 220 degrees, good abrasion resistance, anti-adhesion.
Nomex Filter Bag Disdvantage:

Production Process:
There are 19 working produres. Every product from Sinft had undergone detailed perfection.
Scientific surface treatment like heat setting, dipping, singeing, calendering and coating can signigicantly prevent the
fabric from shrinking,remove surface batting, imrove filtration effectiveness and increase heat resistant.
Package:
The dust filter bags are packed in PP woven bags or according to your requirements.
