Nomex Filter Bag Introduction:
The surface layer of the aramid needled felt filter bag is made of aramid fiber, which is needled with high performance aramid fabric. The aramid fiber has good spinnability, which can significantly improve the compound fastness and overall strength of the filter material. The filter bag can be operated continuously at the temperature of 204℃ (instantaneous temperature of 250℃) and can withstand repeated temperature fluctuation of 250℃. At the same time, it has excellent size stability. At the temperature of 250℃, it has only a small thermal shrinkage rate of 1. It has high temperature stability and is an accessory of cloth bag dust collector. Good chemical resistance at low concentrations of acids and bases and most hydrocarbons will not affect it, even a small amount of fluoride will not appreciably corrode it.
Nomex Filter Bag Advantage:
strong points of high-temperature resistance, can be up to 220 degrees, good abrasion resistance, anti-adhesion.
Nomex Filter Bag Disdvantage:
easily hydrolyzed, easily rotted by acid vapors. It is therefore only suitable for certain applications.

There are 19 working produres. Every product from Sinft had undergone detailed perfection.
Scientific surface treatment like heat setting, dipping, singeing, calendering and coating can signigicantly prevent the
fabric from shrinking,remove surface batting, imrove filtration effectiveness and increase heat resistant.
Package:
The dust filter bags are packed in PP woven bags or according to your requirements.
