PPS Filter Bag Description:

The heat resistance temperature of PPS needle felt is between 170℃ and 210℃, the long-term working temperature is below 160℃, the instantaneous heat resistance is 210℃, and the melting point is 230℃. It has good flame retardant and wear resistance, high heat resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and oxidation alkali performance is second only to PTFE needle felt. PPS film-covered needle felt filter material/filter bag, the product has high porosity, small gap, high filtration accuracy, heating at 190 degrees temperature for 30 minutes, shrinkage rate is less than 0.7%, 20 minutes below the time does not shrink! Instant temperature of 190-200 degrees Celsius each time not more than 5 minutes, a year cumulative not more than 30 minutes; At 180 to 190 degrees, each time shall not exceed 10 minutes, and the cumulative time shall not exceed 100 hours a year. In normal working conditions, the emission concentration of coal-fired boilers in power plants can be less than 10mg/Nm³. PPS needle felt coated filter bag is a widely accepted filter material in pulse dust remover such as coal boiler, garbage incinerator and power plant fly ash dust collection treatment.
