Carbon steel dust removal bag skeleton bag cage is an installation spare part that enables various external dust removal bags to maintain a certain appearance and operating state under the standard of ash removal work conditions. It is a dust removal cloth.

① Up-drawn cage: the cage that is loaded, unloaded and transported on the board of the dust removal equipment;
② Side loading test cage: the cage that is loaded, unloaded and transported from the side under the dust removal equipment flower plate.

① Cage-type whole-section cage: a cage-type overall cage formed by electric welding of longitudinal bars and support points;
② Segmented cage bone: a cage bone made of two or more cage-type cage bones;
③ Extension spring cage: a cage made of stainless steel wire wound into a tension spring
In the bag filter, there is an "inconspicuous" but very important accessory - the venturi. The venturi plays the role of collecting and draining the wind and gathering the wind speed in the bag filter.
If there is no venturi, the gas injected by the injection valve will be dispersed and reach the top of the dust removal bag, which will not only reduce the cleaning performance of the bag filter, but also reduce the life of the dust filter bag. After the venturi is installed, the venturi changes the airflow from coarse to thin to speed up the gas flow rate, so that the gas forms a "vacuum" area on the back side of the venturi outlet. It can make the air flow more accurate and farther to the bottom of the dust bag, and increase the cleaning performance of the dust bag.
