For example, when processing an aluminum radiator on a horizontal machining center, multi-station processing is generally required, so it is necessary to consider the optimal position of the parts (including fixtures) on the machine table. In the process of technical preparation, it is necessary to take into account the formation of the machine tool, and to optimize and match the tool length of each part. If the consideration is not thoughtful, it will directly cause the machine tool to overtravel and replace the tool, so as to meet the machining accuracy or re-enter the test. In the cutting stage, it will waste more time and increase the defective rate, so this problem must be considered before processing the aluminum heat sink.

If the CNC machining machine has the function of automatic tool change, it is determined that its biggest weakness is the cantilever machining of the tool, and the boring die and bracket cannot be used during the machining process. (3) Reasonablely setting of tolerances, so that the machining accuracy and computer calculation time are balanced with each other, and more processes are performed to reduce the time for empty tools.

(4) If the material hardness of the aluminum heat sink is high, choose up milling; if the material hardness of the aluminum heat sink is low, choose down milling. In addition, roughing up milling and finishing down milling.

(5) The tool material has good toughness and low hardness and is suitable for rough machining, while the tool material has poor toughness and high hardness and is suitable for finishing.

(6) In the process of processing, be careful not to touch the aluminum profile heat sink fins, so as not to damage the fins, especially if some heat sinks have been processed with anodizing.
