Product details

Bonded fin heat sink is a heat sink type of fins bonded into a base which has a lot of grooves to match the fins. This kind of heat sink allows for higher fin densities and fin aspect ratio than the extruded heat sinks. which can significantly improve the thermal performance than heat sink extrusions due to the increasing surface area.

There are a few ways to manufacture this type of heat sink, the base can be extruded, die cast, machined, we can embeded some heat pipe inside the base for high performance devices, also there are sereval ways to insert the fins into the base, we can use the epoxying, soldering or brazing ways to joint the fins and base. Sinda thermal developed some bonded fin technologies to maximum the thermal performance and save the cost, please feel free to contact us if you have any thermal issues.
