Q: How many facilities in your factory ?
A: We have over 30 stamping machines for stamping fins such as zipper fins, folded fins, and over 20 sets CNC for machining, we have enough capacity to support our customers.
Q: Can I print my logo in the heat sinks?
A: Yes, we can print the content as customer request.
Q:How is the payment?
A: for prototype orders, 100% need to be paid before manufacturing, for mass production order, 50% deposite need to be paid before producing, and the balance should be paid before shipping.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: Different heat sink type has different lead time, for extruions, the lead time of prototype is 1-2 weeks, the lead time of mass production is 4 weeks, for soldering heat sink, the lead time is 4-6 weeks, for liquid cooling, it based on the design and it can be negotiated.
