General-Purpose Epoxy Potting Compound
A two-component epoxy potting compound that cures at room temperature or low temperature. It features low viscosity, long operating time, good fluidity, and easy penetration into narrow gaps. After curing, it forms a bubble-free, smooth, glossy, high-hardness black material with excellent electrical insulation and bonding strength. It is an environmentally friendly product complying with the EU RoHS Directive.

Mixing & Application
Pre-stir Component A thoroughly before use. Accurately weigh Components A and B in a 5:1 ratio by weight (not by volume). Mix thoroughly with a flat-bladed tool, scraping the container walls and bottom to ensure full dispersion. For void-sensitive applications, degas under vacuum to remove air introduced during mixing. Pour the mixed compound into the clean, dry device within pot life and allow to cure. Do not move or stress the part during cure.
Packaging & Storage
Component A: 25 kg plastic barrel; Component B: 5 kg plastic pot; Kit (A+B): 30 kg/set. Store in original, tightly sealed containers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area below 25 °C, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Shelf life is 6 months from date of manufacture when stored as recommended. Transportation is classified as non-dangerous goods.
