Product Features
The microstructure of this material consists of approximately 50% ferrite and 50% austenite, combining the advantages of both types of stainless steel. It contains key alloying elements such as approximately 22% chromium (Cr), 3% molybdenum (Mo), and 0.1%–0.3% nitrogen (N), which form the basis for its exceptional corrosion resistance (PREN value of approximately 34–36) and mechanical properties. Its minimum yield strength reaches 450 MPa, more than double that of 316L (approximately 205 MPa). The recommended long-term operating temperature range is ≤300°C.
