The 321 stainless steel grade incorporates titanium (Ti) as a stabilizing element, effectively suppressing the precipitation of chromium carbides at grain boundaries. As a result, this valve is particularly suitable for applications where solution annealing cannot be performed after welding, thereby preventing intergranular corrosion at the welds. This material offers excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion.
Product Advantages
●Threaded lugs on the valve body allow the downstream piping to be removed separately without disassembling the entire valve. This is highly advantageous for systems requiring periodic inspection or maintenance of downstream equipment. The soft-seated valve seat achieves bubble-tight sealing even under low-pressure or vacuum conditions, making it suitable for media requiring strict shutoff.
