Product Features
The valve body and disc are made of WCB carbon steel, providing long-term strength at temperatures below 425°C at a controllable cost when used with non-corrosive media such as steam, flue gas, and industrial water. They do not corrode or soften. The PN16 pressure rating seamlessly covers the design pressures of industrial cooling water, general oil products, and gas pipeline networks, without material surcharges or price markups.
Product Advantages
●The double-offset design allows the disc to wedge into the seat along an eccentric path when closed. As medium pressure increases, the clamping force strengthens, enhancing seal reliability with rising pressure—without relying on elastic materials.
