Product Features

     316 stainless steel contains 2% to 3% molybdenum, offering significantly better resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion than 304. It provides long-term rust protection, particularly in environments containing chloride ions, weakly acidic media, and humid heat, thereby preventing the butterfly valve disc from rusting and contaminating the medium. WCB (Cast Carbon Steel) offers high strength and rigidity, with an operating temperature range of -29°C to 425°C, and can reliably withstand pressures up to 150 psi. Its casting and welding processes are well-established, making it a cost-effective solution.
