304L ultra-low-carbon stainless steel—not your ordinary 304. Designed specifically for pipelines requiring welded installation, it reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion to a minimum. When your pipelines must be welded but cannot tolerate even the slightest crevice corrosion, this valve is your armor. With a sealing surface hardness of up to HRC65, it is specifically engineered to handle all kinds of ”dirty" media—coal powder, catalyst particles, slurry, and fly ash. It is not a consumable; it is the most durable fixed asset in your process.
Product Advantages
● With flanged connections, you can loosen the bolts on both ends and remove the entire valve. You may not control downtime, but you do control how quickly the valve is replaced.
The metal-sealed design contains no rubber or plastic in the cavity—only metal-to-metal contact, ensuring no aging or deformation.
● The triple-offset design requires only 1/10 of the torque needed by a metal-sealed ball valve of the same diameter. A compact electric actuator can drive it effortlessly, and the cost savings can be used to upgrade the control cabinets for the entire production line.
