Product Features
The valve body, disc, and stem are all made of 304 stainless steel, so they won’t contaminate your clean water, process fluids, or steam like carbon steel valves do. Whether used in industrial water systems, food service piping, or pharmaceutical utility systems, the medium remains unchanged after passing through.
Product Advantages
● The self-locking effect of the conical geometry converts the force of the medium into sealing force. It achieves ANSI FCI 70-2 VI-level performance in both forward and reverse directions, ensuring no leakage regardless of the direction of pressure.
● The lug-type threaded holes use short bolts for fastening, eliminating the elastic elongation associated with through-bolts. Clamping force does not relax over time, resulting in inherently low risk of external leakage.
● The hard seal operates from cryogenic temperatures of -196°C to high temperatures of 540°C. Whether handling liquid oxygen or superheated steam, the sealing surface material does not undergo phase changes, softening, or plastic deformation.
