Designed for demanding high-temperature, high-pressure shut-off applications, this valve features a gradient combination of a strong and tough WCB carbon steel body and a corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel seal. With a Class 600LB high-pressure rating and a high-temperature-resistant hard-seal structure, it incorporates triple-offset technology to achieve zero aging, zero leakage, and frictionless, long-term reliable control under extreme operating conditions.
Product Advantages
● The valve body is made of WCB cast carbon steel, offering excellent high-temperature strength and resistance to thermal fatigue, providing a robust pressure-bearing framework for the valve. The disc and sealing surfaces are constructed from 316 austenitic stainless steel. Enhanced by molybdenum’s resistance to high-temperature oxidation and corrosion.
● The standard double-flanged gasket seal design features fastening bolts that do not penetrate the valve body. This ensures precise alignment during installation under high-temperature conditions, effectively absorbing thermal expansion thrust and mechanical vibrations from the pipeline, guaranteeing zero clearance at the connection.
● Under continuous high temperatures and thermal cycling—such as during steam purging and thermal oil circulation—the valve maintains zero leakage in both directions across the full pressure differential range, with a seal life far exceeding that of valves with purely soft seals or purely hard-to-hard contact.
