Product Features
All flow-through components, including the valve body and disc, are made of 316L ultra-low-carbon austenitic stainless steel. Thanks to the addition of molybdenum and the low-carbon design, the valve resists uniform corrosion from organic acids, inorganic acids, and dilute chloride solutions, while fundamentally eliminating the tendency for intergranular corrosion in the heat-affected zone of welds.

● The DN100 nominal bore seamlessly matches standard piping, allowing for direct system integration without the need for reducers, ensuring smooth flow of the medium.
● Based on the three-dimensional eccentric principle, the disc disengages from the seat the moment the valve opens and only applies pressure when closing, ensuring friction-free and scratch-free operation throughout the entire cycle.
● The double-flanged installation provides excellent alignment, effectively absorbing pipeline stress. During maintenance and disassembly, the valve body sealing surfaces remain undamaged, enabling reliable integration with pipelines and rapid maintenance.
